About Us

What We Represent

INTRODUCTION

The ministry seeks to draw young closer to the Lord by imbibing in them a continuous lifestyle of prayer and the word. (Luke 18:1)

It also seeks to provide an avenue for counselling these men and women and creating a Paul-Timothy relationship i.e. linking them to big brothers and fathers who can grow and mentor them in the Lord hereby raising the Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego’s of our time.

About When Men Pray

When Men Pray is an interdenominational network and is in partnership with the Cfaith Global Christian Network in reaching out to as many men and women as possible.

LEADERSHIP

The Holy Spirit who helps us to pray is the leader here.

BIBLICAL COMPLIANCE

Paul wrote in his letter to Timothy-“I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubt”. 1 Tim 2:8.
This was a call for the men and women to arise and pray and seek the face of God. It is our responsibility to walk with Christ in obedience and grow in conformity to His image.

Proverbs 27:17 says, “Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”

The principle given here is that men need the encouragement, teaching, fellowship, and modelling of the Christian life from other men. The church in this perilous times needs men of valour that would stand in the gap in compliance with Ezekiel 22:30–“And I sought for a man among them that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it”. We believe that this ministry would generate a ripple effect on the lives of Christians all around the world.

Daniel 1:8-“Daniel and his friends refuse to defile themselves by eating King Nebuchadnezzar’s food”. WMP seeks to raise men like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who would not conform to the seeming enticing things of this world but rather be transformed by the renewal of their minds. (Rom 12:2) –

Men who even when faced with burning furnace or the lion’s den significant of the test of their faith would be resilient lifting up the banner of Elohim at all times.
